My first recipe is complete. That feels soo good. BROWNIES. 

There must be hundreds of recipes for brownies and this is one of the best. It has the added virtue of being quick to make. There is an easily made marbled variation too, in which the walnuts are replaced by cream cheese.

This was super easy and it hardly took 15 minutes in the oven. (Although it said 30 mins in the book). 

 I made a chocolate ganache to cover my brownies before cutting it into squares. 

The texture is soft and moist and the ratio of cocoa and sugar is perfect. 

Maybe it's wrong to praise your own cooked food but this is "Yum".

Patricia Lousada you are a genius!

Chronicles of a Food Lover

I haven't posted for a while neither on YouTube nor on the blog. It was like a blank space in my head. Just couldn't think. Lately I've been at home a lot. Also I've been baking a lot too. 

So that got me thinking. Well maybe I should write about all the food I've been cooking and eating all summer. 

From this week I'm going to make at least 3 dishes from my mum's cookbook collection. 

First book is "Chocolate" by Patricia Lousada.
